- Statistical analysis of T cell repertoires in cancer
Short description of my project:
The main goal of the project is to develop probabilistic repertoire modelling techniques to understand the dynamics and selection of immune repertoires in response to immunotherapy. This mathematical approach will be applied to real data coming from the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and, by comparing the immune responses in health and disease, a quantitative model of immunotherapy will be built.
